This Privacy Policy explains how Dashible, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Deliberata service (the "Service").

1. Who We Are

Deliberata is a decision-support service operated by Dashible, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 138-44 Queens Blvd, Suite 451, Briarwood, NY 11435. For privacy questions or requests, email us at [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.

Decision content. We store the decisions you describe, the chat messages you exchange with the AI thinking partner, the diagnostic outputs, and the written briefs the Service produces for you.

Subscription information. When you subscribe, our payment processor collects your billing information directly. We receive a customer identifier, the last four digits of your card, your subscription status, and renewal dates. We do not see or store your full card number.

Technical and usage data. We collect server logs, IP address, browser type and version, device type, and basic usage events (page views, errors, feature interactions). We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Send your decision content to our AI provider for processing (see Section 4 below).
  • Bill you for your subscription and process refunds.
  • Send transactional and account-related emails: sign-in links, receipts, trial reminders, security notices, and material policy changes.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Improve the Service. We may review aggregated, de-identified usage patterns. We do not use your individual decision content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

4. AI Processing

To deliver the Service, we transmit your decision content and chat messages to Anthropic, PBC, the provider of the Claude language model, via their API.

Per Anthropic's published commercial-API policies, content sent through their API is not used to train their models, and is retained only as long as necessary to operate the API and detect abuse. We strongly recommend reviewing Anthropic's current policies at <https://www.anthropic.com/legal> for the most up-to-date detail.

5. Third-Party Processors

We share data with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and decision content for as long as your account is active.

If you delete an individual decision from within the Service, we remove it from active storage immediately and from routine backups within thirty (30) days.

If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation (such as tax records or fraud prevention) or to defend a legal claim.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest by our hosting provider, and access controls limiting which personnel can view customer data. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities promptly as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Portability: receive a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Objection / Restriction: object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint: file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, you have the rights described above plus the right to know which categories of personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed in the past twelve (12) months. We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

EU/UK residents. Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, our legal bases for processing are (a) performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)), (b) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service (Article 6(1)(f)), and (c) where required, your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. International Transfers

Our infrastructure and most of our processors are located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have data-protection laws different from your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms with our processors.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, contact us at [email protected].

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
